What is Solarize Bainbridge Now?

A group purchasing program resulting in significant savings on solar (PV) installations.

Who qualifies? Available to customers of PSE on Bainbridge Island.  

How much money can I save with a group purchase?  Solar installations typically cost $3,800 - $6,500 / kilowatt (kW) after the 30% federal income tax credit.  Power Trip Energy will offer an additional $500 - $700/kW rebate per customer depending upon the total number of kilowatts installed through the program. 

Rebate levels:

Minimum rebate for all participants = $500/kW

70 kW or more installed = $700/kW

Maximum rebate amount $5,000 per customer.   

When can I get solar on my house or business through Solarize Bainbridge Now?

Installations will occur between February - April 30, 2012.  

Due to a late wave of additional interest, we are extending the enrollment deadline to Feb. 24th!
